Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or scheduling services provided by Brown Timber LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Brown Timber LLC provides professional tree removal, tree trimming, storm debris cleanup, brush removal, and standing walnut timber evaluation and purchasing services in Springfield, Missouri and surrounding areas within approximately 150 miles.

Any estimates provided by Brown Timber LLC, whether online, by phone, or in person, are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, access limitations, or unforeseen complications discovered during the job. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling or requesting services, you confirm that:

• You are the property owner or have proper authorization to request services on the property
• You will provide accurate information regarding the location and nature of the work requested
• You will ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our crew and equipment
• You will notify us of any known hazards, buried utilities, or special conditions on the property

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at 417-830-7737. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in rescheduling to a later available date.

6. Walnut Timber Evaluations

Standing walnut evaluations are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding offer to purchase. Actual purchase offers are made at the time of in-person evaluation and may differ based on tree size, condition, location, and current market conditions. Brown Timber LLC makes no guarantees regarding the value of any timber prior to evaluation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brown Timber LLC will perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by unforeseen underground utilities or structures, or indirect and consequential damages arising from service work. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed.

8. Safety

For the safety of our crew and your property, we ask that all people and pets remain clear of the work area during active operations. Brown Timber LLC reserves the right to stop or delay work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Greene County, Missouri.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
